    Recruitment and Talent Manager (Bryanston)

    MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop and implement a strategic recruitment plan to attract and hire top talent.
    • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and partnerships with recruitment agencies.
    • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial screening to final selection and offer.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, expectations, and candidate profiles.
    • Conduct interviews, assessments, and evaluations to identify the best-fit candidates.
    • Ensure our onboarding program is effectively implemented for a smooth integration of new hires.

    Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract quality candidates.

    • Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire) to optimize hiring processes.
    • Ensure recruitment practices comply with legal requirements and promote diversity and inclusion.
    • Facilitate talent discussions with managers across our parks to understand team needs, identify high-potential employees, and assess skill gaps.
    • Collaborate with department heads to create clear succession plans, ensuring continuity for key roles and preparing future leaders.
    • Support managers in identifying and developing internal talent through career pathing and growth opportunities.
    • Work closely with our Human Resources Representatives across our parks to support retention initiatives, employee engagement, and development opportunities.

    Requirements

    • 5 to 8 years of experience in recruitment and talent management.
    • Postgraduate diploma or degree in Human Resources or similar field.
    • Strong verbal and written skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in negotiating job offers and contracts.
    • Capability to analyze recruitment metrics for data-driven decisions.
    • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
    • Aligning recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
    • Ability to guide hiring managers in effective recruitment practices
