You will manage the end to recruitment process aligned to the Munich Re guidelines on job postings, short listing and interviewing. Ensuring that appropriate interview and assessment processes are being deployed to meet our requirements.
You will post vacancies on the Intranet, Internet and cross-post those to commercial job platforms and manage applicants through our ATS system to target potential candidates in the most effective way.
Communicate with the hiring manager on compensation & benefits and other aspects relevant to the employment contract to ensure that our company will follow all relevant policies and regulations.
Work with hiring manager on recruiting interns and review program for internships in respective markets
Provide the appointed candidates with final contractual documents such as letter of intent and employment contract for review before the final approval of the concerned signatory.
Be responsible for and manage MR South social media activities, such as LinkedIn, in close coordination with the Regional Recruitment Team to ensure appropriate employer branding and attraction of followers.
Provide weekly and monthly Recruitment Data reports on status of vacancies.
Leverage on your existing network for recruiting candidates whilst growing your network through head hunting activities.
Communicate with hiring manager about requirements of candidates and the compensation package necessary for attracting appropriate talents in the region.
Communicate with hiring manager and global and regional HR for fulfilling MR HR requirements
Prepare employment contract and other documentation for the recruitment process.
Be the window of communication between Local HR, regional HR and global HR.
Coordinate on-boarding of staff after recruitment.
Support training programs
Your profile:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Higher Diploma or equivalent with specialization in Human Resources Management and/ or Psychology.
Minimum five (5) to eight (8) years of experience in recruitment and Human Resources in a similar role
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Insurance/ Reinsurance background
Experience in recruitment and selection and HR administration in multicultural organizations
Excellent interpersonal and communicational skill
Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Ability to operate with people at all levels of the business
Good interviewing skills
Team player; able to handle opinion from multiple angles.
