Regional Admin Support Officer at WeBuyCars

Key Responsibilities:
Debtors & Other Administration:

• Follow up on and drive outstanding debtors.
• Reconcile financial records and escalate unresolved accounts.
• Assist with admin queries from stakeholders.

Licensing & Registration:

• Track and follow up on outstanding licensing and registration packs.
• Process and resolve rejected licensing and registration packs.
• Manage admin marks related to licensing and registration.

Refund Processing & Compliance:

• Handle refunds related to licensing and registration, deposits and other.
• Assist with following up and driving compliance.

Customer & CRM Support:

• Respond to CRM queries regarding refunds, licensing, and registration.
• Provide clear and professional communication to customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

 Minimum Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
• 2+ years of experience in an administrative or finance-related role.
• Experience in handling financial documents and customer queries.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the motor industry, finance, or insurance sector.
• Knowledge of licensing and registration processes.
