    Warehouse Manager - Germiston

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Management of maintenance team.
    • Manage HR related staff queries.
    • Motivating maintenance staff & security.
    • Manage staff as per rotational roster to minimize overtime expense.
    • Review maintenance staff performance annually.
    • Ensure discipline is kept in the workplace.
    • Ensure staff and warehouse complies with OH&S and SHEQ standards.

    • Manage keys for the whole warehouse and premise and ensure safe keeping of keys.
    • Ensure all new arrival vehicles is received as per company procedures.
    • Manage and update on all vehicle’s inspections done (Dekra Checks).

    Key Responsibilities:
    Debtors & Other Administration:

    • Follow up on and drive outstanding debtors.
