    Regional Manager (Hinterland)

    Key Requirements:

    • Degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a relevant field (NQF Level 7)
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a retail environment, with management experience being advantageous
    • Proven ability to drive sales, margins, and business development
    • Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
    • Solid understanding of retail operations, risk management, and compliance
    • Valid driver’s licence
