Purpose Statement

• To prepare accurate and timely financial and management reports, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and enabling the business to create sustainable value by gathering financial information that provides insights that support key decision-making.

Experience

Minimum:

• 2 - 5 years post article relevant experience in financial accounting dealing specifically with IFRS reporting work

Ideal:

• Experience in IFRS reporting within a banking environment

Qualifications (Minimum)

• Honours Degree in Accounting - Financial Accounting

Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)

• Honours Degree in Accounting - Financial Accounting

Knowledge

Minimum:

• IFRS and emerging IFRS issues

• Credit risk theory and provisioning
