Reporting Analyst at Network Recruitment

Position Overview:

• My client is looking for a skilled Reporting Analyst to join their team. The role involves collaborating with clients to gather reporting requirements, ensuring accurate KPI reporting, and improving reporting processes. The ideal candidate will use advanced Excel, Power BI, and SQL skills to optimize and deliver high-quality reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Collaboration: Participate in project calls, gather reporting requirements, and build custom reports.
• KPI Reporting: Track and ensure accurate KPI reporting, validate and maintain data integrity.
• Report Improvement: Enhance reporting methods, identify automation opportunities, and streamline processes.
• Team Support: Ensure consistency in reporting standards, provide training on reporting techniques.
• Payroll Analytics: Track T&A data trends and load Employee Schedules on the T&A system.
• Technical Expertise: Use Excel, Power BI, and SQL to analyze and present data effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, experience with Power BI, SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and data interpretation skills.
• Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication with clients and teams.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in reporting or data analysis in a client-facing role.
• Familiarity with Tableau or other data visualization tools.
