Researcher - North West Provincial Legislature (Fixed Term) at Democratic Alliance

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Driving issues successfully
• Analysing the political, social, and economic environment accurately and producing high-quality public policy alternatives for the Party

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in law, public policy or a related field
• Research experience in a professional or academic setting
• Strong computer literacy, particularly MS Office Suite and Zoom
• Proficiency in more than one language (advantageous)

Abilities:

• Manage multiple tasks with competing levels of priority
• Use initiative in high-pressure situations
• Distil complex information into clear language
• Be outcomes-orientated, not simply task-orientated
• Good judgement, situational awareness, and emotional intelligence
