Maintains and manages a variety organizational relationships while having a strong understanding of the business area they support.
Manages staffing logistics for global projects, ensuring staffing requests are fulfilled in an efficient and effective manner.
Collaborating with Project Management to understand resource requirements to meet the needs of the Project Responsible for maintaining accurate capacity and utilization data in workforce management tools.
Manages assignments and extensions of resources based on capacity and demand.
Reviews capacity across organization on an ongoing basis, proactively working to rebalance team members who are above/below utilization targets.
Drives staffing and upskilling recommendations and escalates findings to leadership during operational and forecast reviews.
Requirements
Experience:
Business Operations experience - you understand and have experience with what happens behind the scenes to keep the business running.
Relationship management experience - you have a strong track record of being able to build relationships with internal business partners.
Prior agency experience Skills (we look for potential, not always the complete package!)
Emotionally intelligent - you know how to listen, observe, and dig beneath the surface when talking with people.
Enthusiastic - you are the face of Resource Management, as such you are always professional, courteous and energetic.
Analytical - you can collect, visualise and analyse data. You use this data to identify solutions to resourcing challenges.
