Resource Planning

• Understanding the levels of urgency and gather relevant information to enable the scheduling of deployments.
• Schedule all deployments to ensure work is allocated optimally based on priority and team capacity.
• Confirm the allocation of work with teams and ensure a general notice is circulated amongst stakeholders to ensure awareness of deployment activities.
• Review deployment request information and feed back to requestors on any non-conformance to ensure all deployments meets the requirements of the organisation's change management process and SLA's for scheduling.
• Monitor and track the project team's time logging to ensure time is logged correct for accurate billing and costing.
• Receive, raise and communicate priority calls from internal and external stakeholders to create awareness and prioritise workload
• Review, identify and communicate high risk deployments to identify and create awareness of potential conflicts.

Knowledge, Practices and Continuous Improvement

• Reviews performance measures relevant to own work to suggest improvement and personal development opportunities
• Reports issues and risks identified when following team practices (processes, tools, methods, standards) to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications (Education) : Minimum: High School/Matric

Certifications : Advantageous: ITIL Foundation

Experience : 1-2 years’ experience in a planning or coordination Role
