Requirements
What You Bring:
8 years + experience in restaurant general management experience in a luxury environment or similar.
Previous experience and exposure to setting up a signature restaurant/brand.
Proven ability to effectively build and foster a team environment
·Knowledge on food costs, expense control and a good financial understanding required.
Exceptional leadership abilities with great attention to detail.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Thorough knowledge of general restaurant operations.
