Retail Leasing Broker (12-Month Contract) at Broll

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying and engaging with potential retail tenants, utilising market research and networking skills.
• Negotiate lease terms and agreements that are in line with both the Landlord and the Tenant.
• Monitoring pipelines and ensure timeous finalising of deals.
• Preparing and managing Income Schedules and Tenant mix strategies.
• Meet established quotas and revenue goals.
• Ensures services are delivered on time.
• Understand industry trends and opportunities.
• Conducting market research and gap reports.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure targets are met.
• Compile progress reports and deliver them to the Landlord in a clear and articulate manner.

REquirement:

• Proven experience in retail leasing or related field
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong Excel skills
• In possession of a Fidelity Fund Certificate
• Familiar with the FICA Act and Compliance process
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
