    Retention On Paid Product (Global / Remote)

    As the Manager for Retention on Paid Products, you will play a crucial role in optimizing customer loyalty and satisfaction for our paid products within the crypto space. You will spearhead initiatives to enhance customer retention, reduce churn, and drive revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of a rapidly evolving industry.

    Responsibilities:

    Retention Strategy Development:

    • Formulate and execute comprehensive retention strategies for our paid products, leveraging data-driven insights and industry trends.
    • Analyze user behaviour and feedback to identify areas for improvement in customer satisfaction.

    Customer Engagement:

    • Develop and implement targeted campaigns and communication strategies to encourage user engagement and product adoption.
    • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize the customer journey.

    Customer Feedback Management:

    • Establish systems for collecting, analyzing, and acting on customer feedback.
    • Utilize customer insights to drive continuous product improvements.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Work closely with product, marketing, and customer support teams to align retention efforts with overall business goals.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

    Metrics Tracking and Reporting:

    • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to retention and customer satisfaction.
    • Provide regular reports and insights to communicate progress and identify areas for improvement.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in a retention-focused role within the crypto or fintech industry.
    • In-depth understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
