Rewards Co-ordinator at Samsung Electronics

Samsung South Africa is looking for an experienced rewards programme coordinator and content administrator for the Samsung Sales Incentive and online learning programmes.

Tasks will include the conceptualisation and implementation and administration of the online portal/mobile application for the Rewards and eLearning Programme including analysis and reporting, sending of direct messaging and management of escalated member queries, along with other sundry tasks within the programme.

QUALIFICATIONS

•       BA degree or equivalent experience in English, Creative Writing with marketing or communications experience.
•       Experience in Loyalty/Incentive programme beneficial.

EXPERIENCE

•       5< years of experience
•       Strong capability for content and communications management, member query resolution and reporting
•       Experience with marketing analysis and insights
•       Experience in working with creative teams, briefing experience preferred
