Rotables Expeditor at Glencore

Key Responsibilities

• Reporting Rotable spares Inventory Management
• Ensuring compliance of Inventory Rotable spares process
• Expediting on Rotable spares breakdown
• Request, monitoring and expediting of outstanding quotes from repair Vendors
• Monitor and expedite outstanding collections and returns
• Train and Coach new users on the use of the Rotable Process flow and requirements
• Expedite outstanding Warranties
• Liaise with Rotable Officers daily in connection with Rotable spares and services sourced
• Draw data from SAP/Coupa and follow up on all outstanding work and provide accurate feedback to Rotable officers
• Cross reference information between SAP Plant Maintenance and COUPA and ensure correctness daily

Minimum Qualifications:

• Grade 12
• MS office computer literacy
• Certificate in Inventory Management
• N3 will be advantageous
• Driver’s license Code EB (08)

Minimum Experience:

• 2 Years experience in Inventory Management or Planned maintenance
• SAP experience is a requirement
• COUPA and / or SAP Planned maintenance module and Vendor Management experience will be advantageous
