Sales and Accounts Administrator at SydSen Recruit

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in finance, internal sales, or customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; Sage experience beneficial.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Interest or experience in automation, engineering, or technical sales is a plus,

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, capture, and reconcile supplier invoices and statements.
• Monitor overdue customer accounts and assist with debt recovery.
• Track weekly sales targets and support monthly management pack preparation.
• Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.
• Assist during audits by providing relevant documentation.
• Handle inbound sales inquiries and build client relationships.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tenders.
• Process sales orders and maintain CRM system accuracy.
• Support external sales teams with administrative tasks and lead generation.
• Stay informed about products, pricing, and industry trends.
