    Sales Application Engineer - Collision Avoidance Systems (CAS)

    Mission of the role:

    • Join us a Sales Application Engineer -Collision Avoidance Systems. You will play a key role in supporting sales by providing technical expertise and creating tailored solutions based on customer needs. Collaborating with sales, product, and deployment teams, you will help drive adoption of CAS technologies in mining environments.

    Your Mission:

    • Collaborate with regional sales teams to support customer engagements and secure deals.
    • Conduct technical product demonstrations for prospective and existing customers.
    • Contribute to proposal and tender development (e.g., RFIs, RFQs, and customer tenders), ensuring technical accuracy and competitiveness.
    • Provide technical recommendations based on risk assessments, ensuring solutions align with best practices and system capabilities.
    • Equip sales teams with the knowledge and tools to address technical inquiries confidently.
    • Act as the liaison between customers and engineering/product teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
    • Will conduct any other function or duty as may be required in terms of “The Epiroc Way.”

    Your Profile:

    • Bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering or a related technical field.
    • 2–5 years of experience in technical sales or engineering support roles within the mining or industrial technology sectors.
    • Experience in Collision Avoidance Systems is essential
    • Experience with digital safety solutions and industrial automation systems.
    • Proven track record of supporting sales teams and engaging directly with customers.
    • Familiarity with product lifecycle management and customer deployment processes.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
    • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-friendly language.
    • Sales acumen with a strong customer-centric mindset.
