    Sales Coordinator

     

    You support key account teams on a wide variety of activities to meet our strategic growth plan.

    How You Will Contribute

    You will:

    • Support Account Managers to ensure an effectively communicated, coordinated and focused sales effort against key commercial priorities
    • Negotiate with applicable account representatives, to build and maintain favorable and effective relationships with customers
    • Provide support for all activities necessary to managing the customer relationship effectively including trade funds, invoicing and claims queries, relevant sales promotions, merchandising, shelf management and national sales programs etc.

    Education / Certifications:

    • Degree – Business Manager, Market, Sales, Logistics / National Diploma
    • 2 - 5 years’ relevant experience

    Job specific requirements:

    You will:

    • Build reports in line with Customer Review’s standards to support specific customer
    • discussions, including top to top meetings, joint business planning discussions, and other regular internal & external reviews.
    • Develop tools and processes that help support Sales team on our category agenda with customer, audit requirements and claims management
    • Facilitate and support the trade inventory process aligned to the forecasting process
    • Co-ordinating internal Monthly business review with account team
    • Attend selected customer meeting with Channel Lead
    • Work with Sales capability, Account team and CS&L on driving our AGI Agenda aligned to the overall customer contact strategy
    • Optimize the use of resources in order to obtain more profitability in the operations
    • Tracking of key initiatives/agreements and resolving identified issues internally to ensure target milestones.
    • Work with CP&A and CS&L on understanding key drivers to Service level gaps through standardised reporting.
