    Sales Director - Analytics & Data Engineering

    The Sales Director is an individual contributor hunter-entrepreneur responsible for securing net new clients in targeted industries / client profiles for consulting services/solutions with an emphasis on assessment/strategy engagements. 

    The candidate will be working under the direction of the Partners of the firm who represent the Exusia global leadership team and will have the following specific responsibilities:

    • Participate in business planning, sales operations while managing the practice pipeline and determining where to invest company time & resources. 
    • Develop strategic and tactical plans to meet or exceed sales objectives
    • Collaborate with Exusia Leadership team to formulate and drive various go-to-market priority sales campaigns that create demand and generate net new incremental pipeline.
    • Partner with key alliance partners to increase opportunity pipeline.
    • Identify and build relationships with key C-Level decision makers (i.e. CIOs, CDO, CFO, etc.) and influencers (Department Heads)
    • Lead complex selling efforts that identify, qualify, cultivate and close new business.
    • Understand the competitive landscape and how to differentiate the firm’s offerings.

    Criteria for the Role!

    Relevant Professional and Business Expertise

    • Prior success in substantially similar sales-hunter role, consulting professional, and/or equivalent of existing experienced industry focused consulting sales professional.
    • Recent track record of delivering $1-2+ million incremental sales per annum in the services industry where sales are made up of early stage / assessment/strategy and follow-up initial minimum viable product (MVP) execution projects
    • In depth understanding of Analytics and Data Engineering solutions and how such solutions can be the cornerstone of our clients ability to gain insights from data to enable faster data-driven decisions and help our client solve complex business issues.
    • Ability to develop and secure relationships with buyers, decision makers, influencers and other referral sources across a variety of industries.
    • Expertise in relationship building that increases account penetration and leads to increased revenue opportunities with new clients.  
    • Developing and utilizing pre-existing network of clients or contacts in the focus industries.
    • Success in working closely with service line Partners (leadership) to develop strategies and tactics that drive targeting programs and campaigns that win new business
    • Lead of support practice dales management and monthly business review activities.
