    Sales Executive

    This consultant role is essential to help build and maintain the client base in South Africa. In addition to your efforts to build a new client base, you will work closely with the Marketing and Onboarding Teams to maximise the generation of leads, campaigns, client data and retention of clients, and to assist facilitate the smooth on-boarding of clients. 

    Major Responsibilities

    • Source and develop IB/affiliate relationships for new and existing business
    • Effectively manage and handle all level of client issues and complaints, working with compliance for complaints
    • Handle incoming and outgoing calls from prospective Axi clients regarding various aspects of their accounts, across all product types and platforms
    • Answering clients’ email enquiries and communicating via online chat
    • Promoting the benefits of our service in line with the FX needs of potential clients
    • Implementing new sales initiatives.
    • Making effective outbound calls to potential and new clients
    • Conducting webinars and seminars
    • Assist with ad-hoc global business development projects and streamline procedures for the team
    • Pro-actively ensure that all product knowledge and system knowledge levels reflect current offerings
    • Assisting Compliance by advising of any suspicious trends/money laundering activity on clients’ accounts in accordance with money laundering rules
    • Help to ensure all regulatory requirements are met
    • Be a positive driver of change through continuous improvement initiatives

    Essential Criteria

    • Minimum of 3 years’ Experience in global financial markets with particular expertise in the CFD/Derivatives industry
    • Regulatory working knowledge
    • Direct experience of MT4 Trading platform and MT4 Manager
    • Salesforce CRM experience
    • Experience of dealing with IBs/Affiliates as a relationship manager
    • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills, in English both written and verbal
    • Works well as part of a team in a pressurised and multi-tasking environment.
    • Degree qualified (desirable)
    • Good 'people skills', for working with a range of colleagues and clients- both at an internal & external level.
    • Outstanding problem solving skills
    • Willingness for continuous growth and learning.
