    Position: Sales Executive (External Corporate / Government Account Manager)

    Job Description

    A Multi-vendor, value-added IT solutions provider in the Print and IT industry is looking to secure the services of an experienced Sales Executive specializing in IT Hardware and Print Solution Sales for our Gauteng Office The role will be based in Sandton Johannesburg, reporting to the Sales Manager at Head Office This is a SALES HUNTER role requiring the Sales Executive to secure new business We are looking for a Sales Professional that enjoys the hunting part of the sales process The successful candidate will be required to achieve both activity and sales targets set in place.

    KEY Requirements:

    • Minimum 2 years Sales experience as a Corporate / Government account manager in the IT Industry
    • Strong understanding IT sales and Pre-sales
    • Proven track record in IT (References and Sales achievements in previous sales roles
    • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
    • Good business acumen, with the ability to manage an opportunity from start to end
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Must be deadline driven and be able to work under pressure Show high levels of drive, energy and enthusiasm (Compulsory) Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
    • Strong Excel skills
    • Customer Centric
    • Need to analyze active customer base, Segmentation, Industry type, Sales areas, Sales reports, Sales activity’s etc
    • Manage CRM
    • Identify potential target areas, Target Markets, Industry Types
    • Work hand-in-hand with customers to create and maintain a win-win relationships with new and current customers
    • Set up appointments and go and meet with customers daily
    • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, products and procedures
    • Professional “get it done” attitude and work ethic
