    Sales Executive (Legal Services) (Remote)

    ENVIRONMENT:

    • Our Client is a growing UK law firm specialising in Family Law and Immigration Law. The firm is focused on delivering high-quality legal services while strengthening its market presence and improving client acquisition processes.
    • As part of its growth strategy, the firm is expanding its commercial and client acquisition capabilities to support sustainable scaling.
    • They are seeking a motivated, confident and empathetic Sales Executive to take ownership of the firm’s lead conversion and client onboarding process. Currently, sales activities sit heavily with the Director.
    • This role is designed to build a dedicated sales function that ensures consistent client acquisition, reduces operational pressure on senior leadership, and supports long-term growth.
    • This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who is confident handling client enquiries in a legal environment, particularly within sensitive areas such as Family Law.

    DUTIES:

    • Promptly follow up on leads generated through Meta Ads and Google Ads
    • Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and online platforms
    • Understand client needs and clearly explain legal service offerings
    • Confidently communicate the benefits of working with the firm
    • Convert qualified leads into consultations or signed clients
    • Coordinate handovers to legal teams for onboarding
    • Maintain accurate CRM records of lead status and communications
    • Meet and exceed conversion targets and KPIs

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Strong sales and lead conversion ability
    • Confidence in handling enquiries and closing clients
    • High emotional intelligence and empathy
    • Professionalism and discretion
    • Strong organisation and time management
    • Self-motivated and independent
    • Target-driven mindset focused on growth

    Preferred Experience

    • Sales or client conversion experience (ideally in professional services).
    • Previous solicitor sales experience would be beneficial but not essential
    • Experience handling sensitive or high-value client enquiries is beneficial
