    Sales Executive

    The Sales Executive at Mint develops new accounts and/or expands existing accounts within an established geographic territory, industry, product segment, or channel. Embracing a challenger mindset, the successful Sales Executive manages, orchestrates, and closes opportunities with customers that produce transformative business outcomes. The focus of the Sales Executive role is to lead the sales account strategy in Mints’ small, medium, and corporate net new customers, developing and winning digital transformation opportunities that enable customer outcomes and drive cloud consumption. The Sales Executive uses Mint’s unique expertise to help customers maximise their investments as productively as possible. Key accountabilities include: to define multiyear strategy, enabling hypergrowth, and maximizing value generation with our customers. 

    Responsibilities

    • Developing growth strategies and plans
    • Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
    • Increasing client base
    • Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
    • Writing business proposals
    • Negotiating with stakeholders
    • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
    • Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
    • Following industry trends locally and internationally
    • Drafting and reviewing contracts
    • Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
    • Orchestration, planning, execution
    • Clear communication of and achievement of company’s mission and vision as it relates to own business area.
    • All business development activities with new clients including but not limited to sales, marketing, events & demos related to own business area.
    • Accountability for the achievement of budget within the individual and all up target (incl. Sales mix)
    • Works within the defined industries – Healthcare, Education, FSI, and Retail
    • Communication of key risks and issues in the business area.
    • New business account plans
    • Research at a tactical and strategic level.
    • Drive relationship with Microsoft and partners – account planning and accountability

    Qualifications

    • 6+ years of solution selling or consulting with small, medium, and corporate customers.
    • Specific experience in small, medium, and corporate customers required.
    • D365 experience, Azure Experience.
    • Experience to lead culturally diverse and remote teams across different disciplines.
    • Proven ability to understand customer needs, create and deliver customized, customer-focused pitches and solutions.
    • A “we-before-me” and the “customer first” mindset that delivers long-term success over short-term returns.

    Certifications

    • Microsoft Sales Specialist accreditation
    • MB-210: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales
