Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executives to join our team. The Sales Executives will be responsible for promoting and selling our vehicles, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.
• The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell new vehicles to customers in a professional and consultative manner
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to build a loyal client base
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
• Work closely with the finance department to secure financing options for customers
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Stay up-to-date on new vehicle models, features, and industry trends
• Attend sales training and professional development sessions as required

Requirements:

• Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong customer service orientation
• Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
