    Sales Manager

    The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. 

    Responsibilities

    • Generate leads;
    • Cold calls;
    • Sales presentations;
    • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets;
    • Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent;
    • Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives;
    • Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends global reach;
    • Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs;
    • Confer or consult with department heads to plan advertising services and to secure information on equipment and customer specifications;
    • Confer with potential customers regarding equipment needs and advise customers on types of equipment to purchase;
    • Determine price schedules and discount rates;
    • Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of manufactured products, services, commodities or other subject to sale;
    • Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts;
    • Oversee regional and local sales managers and their staffs;
    • Plan and direct staffing, training and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs;
    • Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures;
    • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and services;
    • Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
    • 3+ years' of sales experience
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
