As a Sales Manager, Heavy Industry, Mining and Oil & Gas, you will be managing and directing the Southern Africa based sales team for the Heavy Industry, Mining & Oil & Gas segment. Your focus is on all Eaton products for the segment, including low voltage, medium voltage switchgear, Power Quality / UPS, Life Safety etc. You will provide team, technical, commercial, and marketing leadership to drive direct reports to secure revenue targets. Your responsibility will be to ensure that Eaton meets the agreed budget targets for sales growth in the defined segment and implement strategic initiatives to grow the business.
