Lead, motivate, support and manage the collective sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement strategic and tactical sales plans to achieve company objectives.
Analyse historical data, market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Identify potential clients, establish new business relationships, and nurture existing ones.
Host and participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the Company's presence.
Operationally, Monitor sales metrics and analyse data to identify areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and forecasts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
The Successful Applicant
Proven experience in a similar industrial B2B industrial sales role
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets
Analytically driven and highly organized
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Above average EQ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of the Access, Hot and Cold Insulation (Cladding & Lagging) Industry, Surface Protection, and Passive Fire Protection main players and market trends
