Job Description

• Lead, motivate, support and manage the collective sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategic and tactical sales plans to achieve company objectives.
• Analyse historical data, market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Identify potential clients, establish new business relationships, and nurture existing ones.
• Host and participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the Company's presence.
• Operationally, Monitor sales metrics and analyse data to identify areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and forecasts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
• Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

• Proven experience in a similar industrial B2B industrial sales role
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets
• Analytically driven and highly organized
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Above average EQ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the Access, Hot and Cold Insulation (Cladding & Lagging) Industry, Surface Protection, and Passive Fire Protection main players and market trends
• Established network
• Self-motivated and self starting
