Our client in the automotive manufacturing sector is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead and manage the Sales and Marketing function. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, managing projects, preparing commercial quotations, and ensuring alignment between customer requirements and internal operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Sales & Marketing department to achieve business growth objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities.
Manage new projects and product change initiatives from concept through implementation.
Prepare and present commercially viable quotations and proposals.
Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and project teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
Support customer satisfaction, profitability, and compliance with industry standards and legislation.
Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business expansion.
Minimum Requirements
Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
Previous Account Management experience within an automotive manufacturing environment.
Proven track record in project management and customer growth.
Minimum 2 years' experience in tool and jig manufacturing.
Minimum 2 years' experience within an assembly and press shop environment.
Minimum 1 year process planning experience in an automotive environment.
Minimum 1 year experience in time management and motion studies.
Minimum 1 year procurement or sales experience.
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
CATIA knowledge is essential.
