    Sales Operations Executive

    • Rewardsco is seeking an exceptional Sales Operations Executive – International to take full ownership of our BPO sales operations across the US and UK markets.
    • In this senior, hands-on leadership role, you will report directly to the Sales Director and serve as the most senior operational leader on-site during night shifts. You will be accountable for end-to-end operational excellence, revenue performance, client engagement, and profitability across all international campaigns.

    Who we’re looking for:

    • Accomplished leaders who have excelled in Head of Distribution, Senior Sales Operations, or International Sales Delivery roles.
    • Proven experience scaling operations from 50 → 500+ seats, embedding operational best practices, and delivering measurable growth.

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Lead full operational delivery of international campaigns.
    • Serve as the face of operations in client engagements.
    • Drive sales results and floor productivity.
    • Build high-impact teams and embed leadership readiness.
    • Ensure high-calibre recruitment and campaign-aligned training.
    • Advance QA, compliance, and operational maturity.
    • Optimize dialler and data strategies.
    • Own shift governance and real-time decision-making.
    • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across people, process, and technology

    Requirements

    • 7–10+ years in senior operations/sales leadership; 3+ years managing international operations (US/UK preferred).
    • Expertise in sales floor management, workforce planning, QA, dialler strategy, training, and compliance.
    • Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making.
    • Comfortable leading night-shift, multi-campaign operations.
    • Clear criminal record.
