Rewardsco is seeking an exceptional Sales Operations Executive – International to take full ownership of our BPO sales operations across the US and UK markets.
In this senior, hands-on leadership role, you will report directly to the Sales Director and serve as the most senior operational leader on-site during night shifts. You will be accountable for end-to-end operational excellence, revenue performance, client engagement, and profitability across all international campaigns.
Who we’re looking for:
Accomplished leaders who have excelled in Head of Distribution, Senior Sales Operations, or International Sales Delivery roles.
Proven experience scaling operations from 50 → 500+ seats, embedding operational best practices, and delivering measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead full operational delivery of international campaigns.
Serve as the face of operations in client engagements.
Drive sales results and floor productivity.
Build high-impact teams and embed leadership readiness.
Ensure high-calibre recruitment and campaign-aligned training.
Advance QA, compliance, and operational maturity.
Optimize dialler and data strategies.
Own shift governance and real-time decision-making.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives across people, process, and technology
Requirements
7–10+ years in senior operations/sales leadership; 3+ years managing international operations (US/UK preferred).
Expertise in sales floor management, workforce planning, QA, dialler strategy, training, and compliance.
Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making.
Comfortable leading night-shift, multi-campaign operations.
