Your Career: As the Sales Operations Manager of INEOS Automotive you will work within a scale-up and fast moving environment. You will be surrounded by a team of experts in their field and be given the autonomy and freedom to develop the role as we grow.
The Role: The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for development of sales operations processes to improve business sales performance across all product channels. Establish a reliable suite of market intelligence & volume forecast analysis. Design & manage best practice inventory management processes to ensure the company’s working capital is optimised to meet sales demand. Ensure financial budgets are achieved through sound model & channel mix planning & execution. Define, implement the strategy to manage the transport of the finished vehicle from the production plant to the end user across Africa

Since our inception in 2017 and despite the global challenges of 2020, we have accomplished our desired milestones in 2021. As a business we are now moving into an exciting launch phase, with start of vehicle production and our customers driving their new Grenadier 4x4 in 2022. As the Sales Operations Manager you will play a huge part in this. For the Sales Operations Manager we are looking for:
In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry in region (Africa)
Experience in managing logistic, distribution and fleet operations strategy
Financial and KPI reporting
Great team player, proven ability to influence across functional teams and region.
Global market experience is desirable but not essential
