Sales Representative: Cape Town at Motus Holdings Limited

POSITION OVERVIEW

• Beekman Canopies is looking for a driven, self-motivated and target-oriented Brand Ambassador to join our National Sales team at our Cape Town Head Office.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for representing and promoting the Beekman brand within the automotive and dealership environment, developing strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth within the allocated market.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong drive to succeed, excellent sales and communication skills, and the ability to work independently while taking ownership of achieving sales targets.
• Knowledge and experience within the Automotive and Dealership Industry will be a distinct advantage.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum Grade 12 – Non-negotiable.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Minimum 3 years' Sales and Marketing experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
• Computer literate with strong Microsoft Excel and reporting skills – Non-negotiable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Knowledge of the Automotive, Motor Dealership and/or Fleet Industry will be a strong advantage.
• Willingness to travel within the allocated territory.

SPECIFIC ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive sales growth and increase Beekman's market share within the allocated area.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Develop, maintain and strengthen relationships with dealers, customers and key industry stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and revenue streams.
• Proactively generate leads and convert opportunities into sales.
• Drive strategies to retain and grow the existing customer base.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealership sales teams, management and other relevant stakeholders.
• Promote Beekman products and ensure that dealers and customers have access to accurate and up-to-date product information.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate Beekman products and solutions.
• Monitor market and industry trends, competitor activity and customer behaviour.
• Manage customer expectations and ensure effective service delivery.
• Address customer escalations proactively and ensure that appropriate feedback is provided to Beekman management.
• Provide accurate and timely sales, customer and market information to management.
• Maintain accurate CRM, sales pipeline and Excel reporting.
• Work closely with the internal Sales, Operations, Marketing and Technical teams to ensure customer requirements are effectively managed.
• Take full ownership of the allocated territory, customer base and sales performance.
• Continuously identify opportunities to expand Beekman's presence within the automotive and dealership market.
