Job Description

• Lereko Volvo Trucks Polokwane currently holds a vacancy for a Parts Sales Executive: Parts Department. Reporting to the Parts Manager, the ideal candidate must have parts sales experience.
• A proven track record is required. Actively prospects for customers & parts sales at a level that contributes to the required profit and targets of the department, in a professional manner in keeping with the standards of the company.

Job Description:

• To sell more parts to achieve maximum profit.
• To always ensure the highest degree of CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
• To ensure details of all parts sales are accurately recorded and registered.
• To review daily activities, promotions, sales, targets and other activities with the parts manager for continued improvement.
• Innovative thinking to improve customer base.
• To discuss any pricing policy changes affecting parts sales with Parts Manager.

Specific Role Responsibilities:

• Customer service orientation.
• Networking and canvassing skills
• Prepare and make follow-up calls
• Ability to maintain good relationships internally and externally
• Excellent communication using all mediums verbal, electronic etc.
• Team-player
• Able to initiate contact with customers

Skills and Personal Attributes:

• Parts sales skills, knowledge and experience.
• Ability to work under pressure and be results orientated.
• Excellent product knowledge.
• Positive attitude
• Attention to detail

Qualifications and Experience

• Matric/ NQF Level 4 equivalent
• Valid driver’s license.
• Clear Criminal Record.
• Experience in parts sales in the commercial space preferably
• Work related/ OEM related system know-how.
