The Research Associate will support the Global Sales team by conducting detailed research, lead generation, and analysing market trends. You will work on strategic projects aimed at enhancing sales performance while using tools like LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and Salesforce to identify leads and provide valuable insights.
Role & Responsibilities:
Conduct research to identify and qualify leads for the sales team;
Analyse data to provide actionable insights for sales strategies;
Support strategic sales projects to enhance market penetration;
Collaborate with the sales team on reports, research summaries, and market analysis;
Monitor the effectiveness of lead generation activities and report to senior management
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Research, Arts, or similar;
One to two years of experience in market research, sales, or sales support;
Proficiency in LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and Salesforce is a must;
Strong research and analytical skills;
Excellent communication and project management skills.
