Solution Design & Architecture: Collaborate with functional teams to determine the best implementation approach on the Salesforce platform, making strategic decisions about declarative vs. programmatic solutions and AppExchange usage.
Technical Leadership & Escalation Point: Serve as a technical escalation point, bringing deep expertise in Salesforce platform, security, integration, and data migration.
Comprehensive Solution Development: Design and implement end-to-end solutions, including components that extend beyond the Salesforce platform to ensure seamless integration across systems.
Project Management & Multi-Project Oversight: Play the Technical Architect role on multiple projects simultaneously, typically part-time across more than one project.
People Management: Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members, provide mentorship, perform annual reviews, and support their professional growth.
Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to scope, solution, and estimate new sales opportunities, assist in creating Statements of Work (SOW), and support business development.
Practice Development: Mentor junior team members, contribute to expanding overall practice capabilities, and assume leadership roles to drive practice development.
Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of experience developing Salesforce customizations (Apex/VF), integrations, and developing and executing data migrations.
A minimum of 2 years of experience creating the technical architecture for complex Salesforce implementations.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in technology implementation for full lifecycle enterprise software projects.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If associate degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
