    3620: Stories Team – Story Lead (Marketing Manager)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Under the direction of a Stories Program Manager, the story lead will: 
    • Collaborate with client account teams, writers, and marketers on the strategic positioning, execution, and promotion of our best stories. You will help shape the idea and direction of the story– often fully integrated with cross-functional teams until launch of the story.  This includes participation in story interviews and development [writing and editing are essential] to help influence the direction of the story or determine if a larger story exists.
    • Collaborate with top business leaders to identify their strongest stories to showcase Accenture’s brand and business strengths.  Once created, continually look for moments to continue promotion of the story.
    • Work with our data and analytics teams b-  monitoring the data around story uptake and performance– looking for opportunities to optimize the story where possible if underperforming.  
    • Promotion, innovation, and ideas are at the heart of better storytelling.  Identify new ways of telling stories as well as promotion opportunities both internally and externally that will raise awareness and uptake of stories.
    • A keen eye for visual storytelling, ensuring best-in-class images, complementary content and well-designed landing pages, templates and videos will also be required.  
    • Work across time zones and with people from dozens of countries, working in English but notably with many non-native English speakers. 
    • Embrace the latest technologies and tools used to collect, maintain, and disseminate stories. 

    Skills, Experience, and Education

    • A demonstrated ability to edit, write and verbally share stories that focus on business, technology, and human-focused topics.
    • An inquisitive, investigative approach to interviewing to get the best, big picture story from our client teams that will support our brand.
    • A demonstrated ability to work effectively in complex, challenging

    Scrum Master

    Role Summary 

    • Guides and coaches the team on the agile framework, methodology and ceremonies. Helps to manage and optimise a continuous flow of work across the team 

    Responsibilities 

    • Develop and coach an agile team on agile values & practices   
    • Facilitate team ceremonies   
    • Identify and remove impediments, prevent distractions; help the team continuously improve  
    • Facilitate discussion and conflict resolution  
    • Empower teams to self-organize  
    • Where required, set up and mobilise new teams and work with the client and other Accenture leads to set up lean-agile governance processes   
    • Where required, coach a struggling agile team; tailoring methods in a complex context as necessary  
    • Collaborate with other Agile Practitioners to improve the agile maturity of all agile teams   
    • Foster a growth mindset within the practise, contributing to learning materials, personal and team development  

    Qualification & Experience  

    • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field preferred    
    • At least 4-7 years of experience working in software development teams   
    • Relevant Agile and Scrum Master Certifications

    Salesforce Solution Architect

    Key Responsibilities

    • Solution Design & Architecture: Collaborate with functional teams to determine the best implementation approach on the Salesforce platform, making strategic decisions about declarative vs. programmatic solutions and AppExchange usage.
    • Technical Leadership & Escalation Point: Serve as a technical escalation point, bringing deep expertise in Salesforce platform, security, integration, and data migration.
    • Comprehensive Solution Development: Design and implement end-to-end solutions, including components that extend beyond the Salesforce platform to ensure seamless integration across systems.
    • Project Management & Multi-Project Oversight: Play the Technical Architect role on multiple projects simultaneously, typically part-time across more than one project.
    • People Management: Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members, provide mentorship, perform annual reviews, and support their professional growth.
    • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to scope, solution, and estimate new sales opportunities, assist in creating Statements of Work (SOW), and support business development.
    • Practice Development: Mentor junior team members, contribute to expanding overall practice capabilities, and assume leadership roles to drive practice development.

    Qualifications

    • A minimum of 2 years of experience developing Salesforce customizations (Apex/VF), integrations, and developing and executing data migrations. 
    • A minimum of 2 years of experience creating the technical architecture for complex Salesforce implementations. 
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in technology implementation for full lifecycle enterprise software projects. 
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If associate degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
