SAP Alliance Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC)

As a Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage the relationship with SAP on a daily basis working closely with the GSSP partner manager
• Align PwC internal teams and ensure they are aligned/aware to the SAP drives
• Manage the industry and GTM account meetings with SAP
• Track and report on the pipeline for PwC where SAP is the enabler
• Work with the EMEA SAP Alliance team to align ZA teams
• Ensure reporting on SAP side is consistent and accurate
• Track and manage resource certification drive
• Align with the alliance Managers for Microsoft, Workday and Oracle.

Metrics:

• Wins & Reporting - Achievement of Wins target and ensuring alliance opportunities are corrected tagged in Salesforce
• Territory Plans and GTM - Definition of territory plan, go-to market strategy, priority accounts & industries with alliance leaders
• Marketing Activities – Management/ attendance of marketing events to ensure lead generation, Adaption of global alliance websites locally
• Integrated Solutions - Solution adoption as set forth in global plan
• Industry Alignment - Definition of industry alignment per alliance
• Assets - Centralized assets per alliance for proposals
• Relationships - Development of relationships at the Alliance
• Top-to-Top Alignment - Regular top-to-top executive alignment between PwC & the Alliance with an updated master calendar (e.g., Regular Business Reviews and yearly account planning meeting between alliance leaders/drivers and alliance partner)
• Contracts - Ensuring the right contracts established in key territories
• Monthly Status - Provide updates on territory Alliance activities to be included as part of monthly alliance dashboard to Leadership
• Certified Resources - Organisation of trainings and certifications
• Demo system - Develop solutions inclusive demo system
