Job Description

• Our Operate team(AMS) is looking for a dynamic SAP Basis Consult to support in the delivery of services to current clients on delegated engagement / project. 

The ideal candidate should have the following experience/knowledge

• Can independently investigate and troubleshoot technical issues,
• Has end-to-end project and support experience: Implementation, maintenance, support and documentation
• Working experience in SAP NetWeaver 7.x (ABAP and JAVA stacks, SAP HANA, SAP S4/HANA, SAP Solution Manager)
• A good understanding, and experience of ABAP and JAVA stacks,
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of SAP Basis responsibilities – Server Administration, Network Administration, OS Administration and Database Administration.
• 3-5 years working experience, of which 2 are within a client-facing role.
• Basis specific roles and responsibilities should include system architecture design and roll out, transport administration, batch job administration, security admin, system health and monitoring capabilities, data management, system refreshes, upgrades and migration, client administration, patch and kernel version maintenance, OSS experience
• Experience in drafting and presenting documentation to clients.
• Consulting skills

Qualifications

• Passed applicable SAP Certification exam – SAP Certified NetWeaver 7.4 or higher associate
• Tertiary qualification in Information Systems diploma or degree
• Passed SAP Certification exam – NetWeaver 7.x, SAP HANA 2.0 Implementation and Administration, SAP Solution Manager and/or SAP ALM.
• Other applicable SAP basis certifications.
