    SAP Business One Support Consultant

    Position Overview:

    We are currently looking to employee SAP Business One Support Consultant – Applications and Integrations, that will play an important role in Africa’s leading SAP Business One Global Team. Our Support Consultants are responsible to deliver top quality support to our clients and end users, telephonically and by email for SAP Business One software stack and integration tools.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Matric and Certificate, Diploma or Degree in IT or related field is an advantage
    • 3-5 Years’ experience in Support
    • Exposure to ERP or accounting packages
    • Database Administrator: SQL or HANA
    • Basic Networking understanding and analysis (comprehensive investigations)
    • Exposure to integration tools
    • Very comfortable with business processes and terminology
    • Comfortable with engaging and working with people at all levels on an organization
    • Crystal Reports
    • Basic Query Writing

    Responsibilities:

    • Support customers locally as well as Internationally
    • Identify and resolve SBO and related component queries correctly and efficiently, and within Service Level Agreements
    • Liaise with Implementation Consultants and Suppliers to provide innovative solutions to customer issues
    • Identify optimization opportunities to further add business value to customers
    • Continuously learn new add Ons, integrations and upskill in application requirements
    • Comprehensive Investigate solutions to assist in resolving the task
    • Advising existing and prospective clients in their best use of SAP Business One Software and Integrations options
    • Provide full investigation results for tasks requiring Escalations or Consulting requirements
    • Manage resolution expectations with clients
    • Work independently as well as a team
    • Timeous resolutions on tasks
    • Professional response in all communications
    • Excellent Communications skills (verbal and written)
