Role Summary:

• Lead the design, development, and support of SAP ECC HCM, Success Factors, and SAP Business Technology Platform applications for SAP HC Solutions Architect.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement SAP solutions.
• Validate complex architectures for successful implementation.
• Evaluate solution scenarios within the business context.
• Provide guidance on SAP ECC HCM, Success Factors, and SAP Business Technology Platform tools.
• Strategically plan and integrate SAP solutions across various technologies.
• Manage SAP system migrations and upgrades.
• Align solution architecture with business processes.
• Influence IT strategies for alignment across teams.
• Document and present SAP Solution Architecture in Group forums.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Matric (High school diploma).
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• SAP ECC HCM Certification.
• SAP Success Factors Certification.
• Architecture knowledge/certification (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) beneficial.

Experience:

• 10+ years in Solution Specialist roles.
• Cloud and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) experience required.
• Extensive experience in complex architecture design and validation.
• Proven track record in SAP integration and system upgrades.
• Expertise in enterprise-wide SAP transformation initiatives.

Knowledge/Skills:

• Deep understanding of SAP systems: Business Suite, ECC HCM, Success Factors, and SAP BTP.
• Proficiency in guiding SAP platform tools and technologies.
• Familiarity with SAP Integration Suite, Web Services, APIs, and integration patterns.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of SAP technologies and services.
