A relevant three-year Tertiary qualification, preferably NQF7
Preferred qualification is a BTech/Adv Dip: Watercare, Civil Engineering or Chemical Engineering or relevant water related qualification (e.g. Water Utilization/Water and Sanitation)
Professional registration preferred.
Minimum of 8 years’ related operations experience with at least 3 years’ supervisory/management experience in operation of water treatment infrastructure and/or associated catchment / storage / conveyance structures and facilities.
Must have Computer Literacy, knowledge of SAP, PM Maintenance, and associated programs.
Will be required to have specialised knowledge of basic water hydraulics, mechanical, electrical, process control systems and civil maintenance requirements.
A valid Code B/EB (Code 8) Driver’s Licence.
