3 year post matric qualification or degree plus 2 years relevant administrative experience (preferably in sport, culture or teaching environment).
A Valid driver’s License.
Knowledge of the relevant education policies and procedures; Knowledge of SCM processes and procedures; Knowledge of Public Financial Management (PFMA); Knowledge of Information Management Systems; Knowledge of relevant Sport and Recreation Policies, regulations and procedures; Knowledge of filing and recordkeeping.
