    Clerk: GRA

    Key Tasks

    • Creating STO’s for TSP returns from the various TSP depots. 
    • Managing and coordinating the inflow and outflow of stock into the GRA area. 
    • Checking of good stock from GRA and rework’s that goes back to warehouse. 
    • Make sure that housekeeping is done daily. 
    • Assist with the training of stock control assistants as and when necessary. 
    • Inventory stock balance. 
    • To contribute to a productive working environment. 
    • To work within any operating area as determined by Management and the needs of the Business. 
    • De stacking, labelling, sorting products and taking out damages. 
    • Ensure that damages are kept to a minimum. 
    • Sorting and collating damages on a daily basis. 
    • Be actively involved in and support change initiatives. 
    • Honesty – pride in your job and an eye for detail. 
    • Ensure housekeeping in the area is up to standard. 
    • Operate with integrity and ethical values. 
    • Perform tasks according to the Standard Operating Procedures. 
    • Resolve all stock issues to ensure checking is completed. 
    • Perform additional duties as assigned by Management. 
    • Participation in warehouse stock counts and monthly counts. 
    • Reports all issues and problems to the respective Supervisors and Controllers. 
    • Inspect stock integrity. 
    • Handle goods with care to minimise damages. 
    • Maintain a high level of hygiene in the work area. 
    • Complete tasks timeously. 
    • Adhere to the Unit’s SHE rules and best practices. 
    • Ensure that product safety, quality and integrity is not compromised. 
    • Report any persons’ behaviour that may impact on the safety, quality and integrity of the stored product.

    Qualifications & Experience

    Education:

    • Matric. 

    Experience:

    • 1 – 3 years in warehouse/logistics/inventory administration.

    Administrator: SHEQ

    Key Tasks

    • Ensure full compliance with the requirements of the OHS Act. 
    • Update Legal Appointment Trackers and assist with all appointments. 
    • Track machinery and equipment. 
    • Provide ongoing training and communication to support a safe, hygienic and healthy work environment. 
    • Update the training matrix and coordinate training arrangements. 
    • Perform general administrative duties related to functions and activities. 
    • Carry out relevant site checklists. 
    • Maintain the risk programme and fulfil all requirements in support of the Risk Department. 
    • Log facility requests for services, repairs and maintenance. 
    • Assist with Occupational Health & Hygiene audits. 
    • Assist with contractor management. 
    • Compile minutes of monthly safety meetings. 
    • Log near-misses, hazards and BBS conversations relevant to site KPIs on the SHEQ Reporting Management System. 
    • Assist with the induction of all new employees and contractor documentation and analyse weekly data. 
    • Perform any other reasonable and executable tasks assigned by your Line Manager. 
    • Handle day to day filing of SHEQ documents. 
    • Monitor SHEQ statistics and escalate when KPIs are not met. 
    • Record and monitor PPE issues. 
    • Ensure all incidents and accidents are reported and recorded according to company policy and legislation. 
    • Identify risks proactively and ensure immediate corrective action while notifying relevant parties. 
    • Update SHEQ communication boards daily/weekly. 
    • Assist in conducting SHEQ risk assessments for the site. 
    • Review Logics open incidents and action any overdue items. 
    • Participate in stock take preparation, planning and physical stock counts. 
    • Ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practice Guidelines.
    • Working in a team environment.

    Qualifications & Experience

    Education:

    • Matric. 
    • Completed SAMTRAC qualification.
    • Health & Safety Qualification. 
    • Investigation Level 3.

    Experience:

    • 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
    • Communication skills. 
    • Service delivery and operational knowledge. 
    • Ability to work under pressure.
    • Customer satisfaction.
    • Achievement of operational performance.
