Are you passionate about fostering collaboration, innovation, and agility within teams? Join our dynamic organization as an Agile Master and play a pivotal role in driving Agile practices across multidisciplinary teams. Based in Midrand/Menlyn, this hybrid role offers you the flexibility to work both onsite and remotely while contributing to exciting, high-impact projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a servant leader, guiding teams in the adoption and implementation of Agile principles and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
Work closely with Product Owners to manage backlogs and ensure clarity in deliverables.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and addressing impediments, risks, and bottlenecks.
Promote Agile best practices and encourage a mindset of adaptability, transparency, and collaboration.
Track and communicate team progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.).
Support cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality products aligned with organizational goals.
Required Skills and Experience:
A relevant qualification in Agile methodologies, Project Management, or a related field (e.g., Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist).
A minimum of 4 years’ experience as an Agile Master, Scrum Master, or in a similar role.
Proficient in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or LeSS).
Strong facilitation and coaching skills, with a proven ability to manage diverse team dynamics.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
