    Appointment requirements

    • Grade 12
    • At least six months’ relevant experience in an administration environment
    • Computer literacy
    • Must undergo a criminal record check and such a person shall allow their fingerprints to be taken by the Tshwane Metro Police Department at own cost

    Primary functions

    • Communication and coordination
    • Organising meetings
    • Communicating with stakeholders
    • Preparing quotations and handling invoices for the services rendered
    • Handling orders and requisitions and facilitating the delivery of stock items
    • Scheduling appointments, events and meetings and as well as taking minutes
    • Facilitating contractors’ machinery and equipment
    • Managing registers, vehicle logbooks and employee time sheets
    • Managing time sheets and leave applications
    • Recording assets and updating the list monthly
    • Organising the occupational health and safeyu file and maintaining it monthly
    • Preparing administrative and statistical reports by analysing data and identifying trends
    • Creating building maintenance job orders and submitting them to the relevant service providers
    • Controlling the depot fleet register and updating it weekly
    • Ordering plant materials, irrigation supplies and other consumable stock items
    • Receiving customer complaints and issuing job orders to the line managers
