Secondment Opportunity - Talent Administrator - FinChoice at HomeChoice Holdings Limited

Job Summary 

• The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for assisting the Talent Acquisition team with administrative components of the talent acquisition process. The successful individual will be key in providing a smooth candidate experience for applicants, ensuring up-to-date communication and correct documentation for new starter onboarding.

More about the role:

• Handling of all applications from candidates in a professional and timeous manner to ensure a superior candidate experience 
• Scheduling of interviews and liaising with hiring managers and candidates to ensure alignment of availability
• Ensuring that efficient feedback is provided to candidates whether they were successful or unsuccessful
• Prepare offer letters and contracts where required
• Assist with background checks of candidates
• Ensuring new starter packs are completed and compiled correctly in preparation for handover to payroll
• Manage data integrity of candidate records and compliance to the POPI Act 
• Assist the wider People team with additional ad hoc projects and administration 

Requirements
More about you: 
Experience & Skills

• HR Diploma or related 
• Good computer literacy skills with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
• No active disciplinary record
