Job Summary
This position will have to ensure the whole of the Finance department timetable is managed well, on time or ahead of schedule.
The appointee should have:
Grade 12 Certificate
A relevant secretarial qualification
5 years’ experience in a Corporate environment
Key responsibilities:
Fast and accurate typing
Be fully proficient in the full Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
Exhibit a meticulous and well-organised work method
Have sound diplomacy, discretion and interpersonal skills
Have administrative, time management and organisational skills
Team player
Have indisputable integrity and be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Time management
Demonstrate well-developed written and verbal communication skills in English
Be able to work overtime if required
