Landsdowne is looking for a dynamic candidate with a passion for the property industry to join our team as a Senior Sectional Title Portfolio Manager that will manage a portfolio of Sectional Title buildings.

Suitable candidates will attend scheduled meetings (mostly after hours) and will need to deal with complex maintenance and service providers.

• 3-5 years property experience.
• Good knowledge of the STSM Act; Paddocs
• Good knowledge of the CSOS Act;
• Experience in compiling Residential and/or Commercial Body Corporate Budgets;
• Experience in typing of minutes of trustee meetings, AGM, SGM meetings;
• Fluent in English and able to communicate in a professional manner;

Skills:

• Advanced accounting skills;
• Drafting and understanding of Body Corporate Budgets
