    Senior Account Manager

    Responsibilities:

    Business Development

    • Identify opportunities for growth in each partner account
    • Build a comprehensive business plan wich includes clear goals, actions, timeline to achieve this potential
    • Obtain buy in from account at all levels required for successful implementation
    • High level account intelligence
    • Drive implementation of plan with each account and monitor effectiveness at the end of each quarter
    • Grow profitability for our business in your accounts
    • Relationship building and networking with mobile networks

    Sales Management

    • Achieve sales/growth targets
    • Weekly stock management and sell our management
    • Manage partner co-op advertising
    • Maximize revenue opportunity in each account through sales of accessories and other "connect" products

    Administration and Stock Planning

    • Key contact relationship management
    • Stock planning
    • Account planning, quarterly review, operating and marketing plans

    In Store Representation

    • Maximize product positioning in store
    • Facilitation of training and other activities to deliver customer experience in store

    Requirements:

    • Matric
    • Tertiary preferred
    • 7 years related experience
    • Strong communication skills
    • Basic financial acumen
    • People management skills
    • Entrepreneurial flair
    • Strategic influencing skills
    • Resilience 
    • Good problem solving abilities

    Attributes:

    • The applicant should be hands-on, and comfortable with working in a medium-sized business. 
    • The individual will need to be very energetic and able to work as part of a cross functional team towards the successful meeting of aggressive growth objectives.
    • Preference will be given to creative, non-orthodox, out of the box thinkers.
