Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain ecommerce websites that are user-friendly, efficient, and secure
• Improve website performance and customer experience through continuous optimization and testing
• Ensure seamless integration of third party tools and applications
• Collaborate with internal teams and understand business requirements and deliver solutions that meet those needs
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and trends in ecommerce development
• Develop tools for monthly reports and dashboards as required 
• Monitor analytics and metric results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Preferably 3 years of experience developing e-commerce sites using Shopify, with a deep understanding of Shopify's APIs, apps, and webhooks 
• Experience working with front end technologies such as  HTML, Javascript and CSS would be ideal
• Strong programming skills in PHP, with experience building backend systems and databases
• Experience with version control tools such as Git will be beneficial.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud, and with containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes will be beneficial.
• Ability to analyse and interpret data and apply the necessary skills and expertise to provide solutions
• Sound planning and organising skills 
• Ability to work with multiple deadlines and under pressure to accomplish business objectives

• Facilitate movement of raw materials to/from the required production area (raw material returns, or supply to machine)
• Assist in the movement of production waste to designated areas 
• Use the MES system according to set procedures
• Dispense raw materials to meet production requirements
• Ensure accurate production documentation is maintained
• Maintain high standards of safety in the dry goods and dispensing areas
• Ensure ultimate housekeeping and maintain a high standard of GMP in the department. 

Requirements

• Grade 12 certificate, preferably with Maths
•  N2 relevant technical qualification would be advantageous
• Previous experience in a dispensing/mixing environment with 1-year experience in a GMP production environment is desired
• Forklift Driving Licence and basic electrical knowledge will be advantageous 
• High quality, safety, and results focus
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Description

• Perform various tasks to set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and clean/sanitize machinery according to set standards to meet production KPI’s and adhere to HACCP and GMP principles.

Responsibilities: 

• Perform production tasks 
• Ensure and verify adequate materials and supplies are available at the right quality to complete operations 
• Facilitate movement of raw materials 
• Accurate completion of production-related paperwork Perform production line opening and complete all relevant documentation 
• Operate/monitor multiple pieces of line equipment during operation to ensure efficient, quality production 
• Adjust machine as needed for changeovers, different functions, or other varying needs of production 
• Maintain OEE through maintenance, correct set up and minimizing changeovers 
• Maintain housekeeping and quality/ safety standards 
• Perform maintenance checks and troubleshooting generated Set up accurately, maintain and troubleshoot machinery and process tooling.

Requirements

•  Grade 12 certificate, preferably with Maths
• Technical N2 qualification is essential
• At least 2 years’ experience in a GMP environment performing the relevant job 
• Technical aptitude and basic electrical knowledge 
• Knowledge of GMP and HACCP 
• Knowledge of health and safety 
• Valid each Truck/Forklift Licence would be advantageous
• Previous experience in the compression /coating machine operating sector would be advantageous

This position is office based in Tokai.

Day to day responsibilities include the following:

• Handle communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence with suppliers
• Coordinate meetings and schedules for CEO
• Assist in opening new brand accounts by negotiating trading terms and completing all relevant paperwork
• Assist with managing the office budget and expenses by ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented
• Assist with the Logistics distribution company’s communication and attend weekly meetings
• Support the Supplier relations to improve relationships and maintain connections
• Improve relationships with suppliers with regular sales feedback and marketing information
• Suggest and implement projects for continuous improvement of the operations
• Ensure that all systems are working effectively
• Management support of stock coordination
• Management of all staff.

Requirements

• Business-related degree coupled with at least 2-5 years of relevant experience in a related position.
• Computer literate, with a good understanding of systems (e-commerce will be advantageous).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, communication skills and customer service skills.
