    Senior Account Manager

    About the job

    As our Senior Account Manager you will be responsible for managing our clients portfolios, work flows and resources as well as communicating and managing client relationships.

    This is a highly collaborative role, which interfaces with key internal team members and requires a keen attention to detail, trends, organisation and industry knowledge. Your ability to manage people and work flow while maintaining a client centric approach to work is crucial.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with our clients.
    • Empowering a tight knit multi-disciplinary team to create and deliver a high standard of work on time and on budget.
    • Manage and deliver multiple work streams for various types of digital projects within multiple accounts.
    • Project scoping and documentation: project plans, briefing documents, cost estimates etc.
    • Client communication.
    • Manage projects and account recons and budgets.
    • Work closely with the team in order to achieve the client’s strategic business goals.
    • Compile and manage weekly and monthly recons.
    • Create cost estimates and monthly invoicing.
    • Keep abreast of current trends (i.e. digital / social media / technology) in accordance with industry best practice.

    Skills:

    • Google Analytics (highly beneficial)
    • Facebook Ads Manager ( beneficial)
    • Project management software for example Asana (essential)
    • WordPress (Content Management) (highly beneficial)
    • Google Data Studio (beneficial)

    Characteristics:

    • Must be able to work really well under pressure
    • Must be able to adapt quickly to any new situation
    • A “can-do” and positive attitude to motivate the team
    • No bullshit, no ego

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
    • 3 years experience in a Digital Agency
    • A good command of the English language (both verbal and written)
    • Strong time management skills
    • Strong presentation skills
    • Strong multi-tasking skills (ability to work on multiple briefs at any given time)
    • Social media savvy
